Our laboratory is fully equipped with atomized test analysis instruments for Raw material(oil and additives) and as well as finished lubricant, to research and work on new developments, ultimately creating the matter approved formulas for Synthetic, Semi Synthetic, and fully Synthetic products.
Our laboratory equipment’s are supported by modern software’s according to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
Our company has quality control department this department is handling by highly qualified and experienced staff. The approval of the laboratory department is a prerequisite for starting the filling and delivering of our products.The department of quality control will monitor the storing and loading up to the point until the vehicle leaves the plant.
Responsibility of quality control department is to starts from the moment when the raw materials, base oils, additives or packages are uploaded into the plant. No vehicles will be unloaded before passing and completing a full inspection of raw materials and granted quality approval by the quality department. Every operation regarding production is carried out according to international rules and regulations standards and all local authorities requirements and according to industrial rules and regulations in Dubai(United Arab Emirates), obtaining one of the highest standards requirement across the world.
The Storage tank is identify and coded by the quality control department and they manage raw materials storage at their respective locations until raw materials are being offloaded in the tank with monitoring and analyzed by the ASTM standard.
